When we became friends in the beginning
All seemed to be going well without any sort of hindrance or lagging.

The perfection of our friendship felt all too good to be true; that after a while came a time when fate had to turn grim and cruel.

And it threw numerous obstacles and strain among the two of us so we had to part with comfused minds and heavy hearts.
Never thinking that we may ever again have a new start.

As we dealt with the depressing hiatus,
Our friendship yet again was put to the test to see if it had any surviving chance in this realm of hypocrisy and pretence.

Thus it seems that we have made it quite well so far without getting torn asunder or shred into irreplaceable bits;
Inspite of our silly nonsensical arguments, outrageous cheek and untamed imaginative spar of wits.

Alas all i can say is that I'll keep on looking forward to each and everyday with relish,
To seek and find ways of making the bond you and I share impeccable, which I'll always cherish!
